Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage after-sales service operations. The role involves coordinating with service engineers, managing spares, handling POs, tracking service requests (CR/PM), and driving AMC renewals and new AMC generation. Candidate should have experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and schedule service engineers for installation, breakdown, and maintenance.
· Track engineer performance, job allocation, and completion status.
· Manage spare parts requirement, availability, and dispatch coordination.
· Handle Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, invoices, and service documentation.
· Track Corrective Requests (CR) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
· Ensure timely service closure and adherence to SLAs.
· Manage AMC renewals and generate new AMC business.
· Maintain AMC database and service schedules.
· Coordinate with customers for service updates and issue resolution.
· Prepare MIS reports and track service KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
