Job Summary:
The General Duty Assistant supports nursing and medical staff in providing basic patient care. They assist in maintaining cleanliness, patient comfort, and smooth day-to-day hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses in patient care and daily activities
- Help in shifting patients (wheelchair, stretcher)
- Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms, wards, and equipment
- Support in feeding patients and providing basic hygiene care
- Change bed sheets and ensure patient comfort
- Dispose of biomedical waste as per guidelines
- Assist during medical procedures when required
- Ensure availability of basic supplies
- Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- 10th / 12th pass
- GDA certification (preferred)
- Basic understanding of hospital environment

- Ability to work in shifts

Experience:
- Fresher or 1 year experience in hospital/healthcare setting

Salary:
- ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & location)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
