House of EdTech is scaling its enterprise business fast. The corporate AI training market is exploding, and companies are scrambling to upskill their workforce. We have the product. We need the person who can get it in front of the right decision-makers — and close.
This is not a role where you follow a playbook. You write it.
What You Will Own
Drive the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting to pipeline to close
Sell AI-powered workforce upskilling and corporate training solutions to senior decision-makers
Build and manage relationships with HR heads, L&D leads, and C-suite stakeholders
Lead and mentor a sales team while running your own high-value deals
Shape the enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in direct collaboration with founders
Operate across both online and offline client environments with confidence
What We Are Looking For
4–7 years of proven B2B or enterprise sales experience
Prior experience selling corporate training, L&D, or workforce upskilling solutions
Strong consultative selling skills — you solve problems, you do not just pitch
Track record of closing high-ticket deals and consistently hitting targets
Experience managing and mentoring a sales team
AI-savvy mindset — comfortable selling technology-forward solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership, founder-led environment
