Position: HR Manager
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Employee onboarding and engagement initiatives
- HR operations, documentation, and compliance
- Payroll processing and attendance management
- Employee records and HR database management
- Performance management and workplace culture development
- Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
- Strong recruitment and HR operations experience
- Knowledge of payroll, labor compliance, and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment
