Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Management:
Handle both lead sourcing and deal closures for residential units.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
Track and evaluate team members' performance on a daily basis and provide regular feedback
and support.
Drive the team towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Take full ownership of the site's sales performance, client engagement, and overall revenue
generation.
Generate regular sales reports and insights; suggest improvements to strategies based on
performance analytics.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training to enhance the team's performance and product
knowledge.
Ensure a high-quality client experience from inquiry to closure; assist in resolving escalations when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the residential property market and buyer behavior.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in site sales or project-based real estate sales.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and processes.
- A motivating leader who leads by example and drives performance with energy and integrity.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
