Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: 15000 to 35000
Location: Coimbatore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products
- Conduct visual inspection and dimensional checks using measuring instruments
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation
- Identify defects and support root cause analysis (RCA)
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
- Coordinate with production and suppliers for quality-related issues
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain calibration records of inspection tools
- Support customer inspections and audits
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
- Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills
