Job Description Veritas Hospitals & Medical Rehabilitation is looking for passionate and dedicated Physiotherapists to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
The candidate will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients across inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide rehabilitation for neurological, orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, ICU, post-operative, and geriatric patients.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care. - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, Respiratory Therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. - Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered approach.
- Registration with the State or Central Physiotherapy Council (preferred).
