We are looking for a Operational Assistant to manage day-to-day branch operations and courier dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle shipment booking and dispatch
- Coordinate with delivery executives and warehouse team
- Maintain shipment records and operational reports
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and scanning of shipments
- Assist in daily branch operational activities
Requirements:
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in logistics or courier operations will be preferred
