Desqoo is a leading furniture solutions company specializing in the design, supply, and installation of premium residential and commercial furniture. We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee on-site furniture installation projects and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise furniture installation and site execution activities.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, vendors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed according to project timelines and quality standards.
- Inspect materials received at the site and verify quantities and quality before installation.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of furniture to avoid damages.
- Resolve on-site issues and communicate project updates to the management team.
- Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and installation records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct final site inspections and obtain client approval upon project completion.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in the furniture, interior fit-out, or construction industry.
- Experience supervising furniture installation projects is preferred.
- Ability to read layout drawings and coordinate site execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in modular furniture or commercial interior projects.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
