JOB VACANCY – DISPATCH EXECUTIVE / DRIVER CUM DISPATCH
WORK Location: Kaniyur / Coimbatore
Optima Poultry Pvt Ltd is hiring for Poultry Pharma, Feed Additives & Veterinary Medicine Dispatch Operations for its logistics and distribution division.
Job Position:
Dispatch Assistant / Driver Cum Dispatch Executive
Job Responsibilities:Dispatch Operations:
- Prepare and arrange poultry pharma products, feed additives, and veterinary medicines for dispatch
- Verify invoices, batch numbers, and delivery challans
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales team for timely shipment
- Proper packing and labeling of goods
Delivery & Transport Duties:
- Safe transportation of goods to distributors, dealers, and farms
- Ensure timely delivery within Tamil Nadu and nearby states
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety checks
- Follow route planning and delivery schedule
Documentation Work:
- Maintain dispatch register and trip sheet
- Collect customer acknowledgment (signature / seal)
- Report delivery status to office
Eligibility:
- Valid LMV / HMV Driving License preferred/Batch
- Experience in logistics / pharma / poultry feed dispatch preferred
- Basic reading and writing (invoice handling)
- Knowledge of Coimbatore & South India routes
- Responsible and disciplined attitude
Salary Package:
- ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
- Daily allowance (bata) for outstation trips
- Incentives for timely and safe delivery
- PF / ESI as per company policy
