Job Title: Sales Officer - Pharmaceutical

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Officer with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, developing strong relationships with doctors, chemists, hospitals, and distributors, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the Company.
- Promote and generate prescriptions for the Company’s pharmaceutical products.
- Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned market.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Collect market feedback and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and stockists.
- Expand business opportunities and increase market penetration in the assigned territory.
- Maintain compliance with Company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any related field.
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
· Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare market.
· Excellent communication and convincing skills.
· Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
· Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
· Valid driving license preferred.

Salary Range: 25000– 35000 p.m.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
