Job Overview
- Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh | Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech with PGDIS / ADIS
- Experience: 7–9 years (Solar plant IPP or EPC experience preferred).
Role Summary
Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems on-site in full compliance with statutory laws and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Governance: Maintain site safety inline with ISO 14001 & 45001 and statutory acts (BOCW, Factories Act).
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct HIRA/JSA analysis for high-risk jobs (work at height, electrical, heavy lifting, LOTO).
- Site Operations: Conduct daily toolbox talks, deliver EHS inductions, lead incident investigations (RCA/CAPA), and manage emergency drill plans.
Key Skills
- Deep understanding of solar site electrical and mechanical safety hazards.
- Strong incident investigation and safety-training presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital EHS platforms/reporting tools.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
