We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive direct villas sales for a newly launched premium villa project. This role involves engaging with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the home-buying process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer-handling skills, and a deep understanding of Bangalore’s real estate market.
Who Should Apply?
Experience: 5-10 years in direct sales of residential properties.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Skills: Strong persuasion & closing abilities. Excellent
communication & interpersonal skills. Confidence in handling high-value
transactions & negotiations. Proficiency in CRM tools & digital sales
techniques.
Location
Knowledge: Familiarity with Bangalore’s real estate hotspots and buyer
preferences.
Languages: English + Kannada/Hindi (preferred).
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct Customer Sales & Engagement Interact with
prospective Villa buyers through Site visits from pre sales, inquiries, and
scheduled meetings.
- Conduct personalized property presentations and site visits to showcase projects
- Understand customer needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend the best villa options
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with
buyers. Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from site visit to
booking and documentation.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth and satisfying
buying experience. Address customer queries regarding pricing, payment plans,
approvals, and legal aspects. -
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competition offerings, and customer preferences
- Be in constant follow up with clients and provide any
further details regarding the project and banking.
- This job involves Saturday & Sunday working. There will
be a weekly off on designated days.
Salary – ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per Month (commensurate with experience) plus attractive incentives on every successful Villa sale.
