Architectural Engineering Planning Design Consultancy
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
POSITION
Architect / Junior Architect / Senior Architect
M/s Silhouette Illusion Architects and Engineers, Lucknow, invites applications from talented, creative and technically sound Architects to join our professional architectural and engineering consultancy team.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about Architectural Design, Planning, Working Drawings, 3D Visualization, Construction Documentation and Project Coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate may be responsible for:
- Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Conceptual and schematic architectural design.
- Preparation of working drawings and GFC drawings.
- Preparation of architectural details and construction details.
- Preparation of presentation drawings and 3D views.
- Site visits, measurements and site coordination.
- Coordination with structural, electrical, plumbing and other consultants.
- Coordination with clients, contractors and project teams.
- Preparation of drawings for residential, commercial, institutional and government projects.
- Checking drawings for accuracy, dimensions and technical coordination.
- Working as per applicable building bye-laws, NBC provisions and relevant standards.
- Preparation of project documentation, reports and presentations.
- Assisting senior architects in project planning, design development and execution.
QUALIFICATION
Preferred:
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- Diploma in Architecture may be considered for suitable technical candidates.
- Candidates with relevant professional experience will be preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Junior Architect: 0–2 years
Architect: 2–5 years
Senior Architect: 5+ years
Fresh B.Arch graduates with good technical and software skills may also apply.
REQUIRED SOFTWARE SKILLS
Candidates having proficiency in the following software will be preferred:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape
- 3ds Max / V-Ray
- Photoshop
- MS Office
- Other architectural visualization and drafting software
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
The candidate should have:
- Good architectural design sense.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drafting.
- Good understanding of working/GFC drawings.
- Good knowledge of dimensions, detailing and construction practices.
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to undertake site visits when required.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
