**Business Development Executive (Remote | Commission-Based)**

We are looking for motivated freshers and experienced candidates who can generate leads, talk to clients, and close deals for our software services.
### What you will do:
- Find and contact potential clients (Indian & International)
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email
- Understand client requirements
- Pitch our services:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
- Custom Software Solutions
- SaaS Products
- Technology Consultancy
- Follow up and close deals
- Coordinate with the team after closing the project
### Who can apply:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Strong communication skills required
- Fluent English preferred (Hindi/Gujarati is a plus)
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Confident in talking to business owners
- Technical knowledge is **not required** (full training will be provided)
### Work Details:

### Compensation:
- This is a **100% Commission-based** role
- No fixed salary
- Earnings depend completely on the business you generate
- First 3 months performance will be evaluated for long-term opportunity
