Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
