Role & Responsibilities – HR & Sales Intern
- Conduct market research and online research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Generate and maintain lead databases.
- Make sales and follow-up calls to prospective clients.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Support marketing activities across social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Create and schedule marketing content for company social media pages.
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations, training decks, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain CRM, trackers, and reports with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support HR, sales, and business development initiatives.
- Perform any other HR, administrative, sales, marketing, or business support tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
