About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented AMC Sales Executive to promote and generate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business for air-conditioning and HVAC systems. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and proficiency in MS Excel for preparing quotations, reports, and sales data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate AMC sales leads and convert prospects into customers
- Prepare AMC proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Follow up with existing and potential clients for contract renewals and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth AMC execution
- Maintain customer databases and sales records
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and data analysis using MS Excel
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
Required Skills
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer handling and negotiation skills
- Good computer and email communication knowledge
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in AMC, HVAC, Service Sales, or B2B Sales preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills may also apply
- Candidates from Mechanical Engineering or Commerce backgrounds preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
