Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator to work with children having developmental, learning, behavioral, and communication challenges. The ideal candidate should be passionate about child development, capable of creating individualized learning plans, and committed to helping children achieve academic, social, and life skills goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify learning and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group intervention sessions.
- Adapt teaching methods and learning materials based on each child's needs.
- Monitor, document, and report student progress regularly.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, psychologists, and other professionals.
- Support children's academic, behavioral, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain session records, progress reports, and documentation.
- Participate in parent meetings, reviews, and team discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related field.
- Certification/Diploma in Special Education preferred.
- Relevant experience working with children with special needs preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong interest may also apply.

- Strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and developmental delays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and child-centered approach.
- Ability to create engaging and individualized learning strategies.
- Strong observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Learning Disabilities, or Developmental Delays.
- Experience in school, therapy center, or special education settings.
