Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to assist chefs in food preparation, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in basic food preparation and mise en place.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and ingredients.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
- Store ingredients and supplies properly.
- Receive and organize stock deliveries.
- Dispose of waste and maintain sanitation standards.
- Assist during peak service hours as required.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented and disciplined attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass preferred.
- Prior kitchen experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Salary Range
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
