We are looking for experienced and high-performing professionals for the role of Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA). The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, handling highvalue prospects, and mentoring junior team members
Key Responsibilities-
- Handle qualified leads and drive conversions through consultative selling.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions/programs.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct detailed product demos and counseling sessions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain and update CRM data and sales reports.
- Support and guide junior team members (BDAs) when required.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback
Requirements-
- B.Tech / BBA / B.Com PG: MBA (Marketing/Sales) / M.Tech
- Experience: 3–6 years (Minimum 2 years in EdTech – Mandatory)
- Proven track record in sales and target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in inside sales / EdTech sales
- Strong objection-handling skills
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
