Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
- Create and manage social media marketing campaigns.
- Improve website traffic and online conversions.
- Plan content calendars for social media platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results.
- Perform basic SEO for the website.
- Manage email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience in social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of email marketing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in:

- Skincare
- Fashion
- Lifestyle
- D2C / E-commerce Brands will be preferred.
Good to Have
- Experience with Shopify marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with influencer marketing.
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic creative review.
- Understanding of conversion optimization (CRO).

- Increase website traffic.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
