Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
● Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
● Conduct interviews and workshops to gather detailed and accurate information for Odoo ERP customization.
● One of the key responsibilities is preparing a Requirement Document that clearly outlines business needs, functional requirements, and process flows.
● Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.)
● Ability to map business processes to Odoo workflows
Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) outlining:
● Project Scope
● Business Objectives
● Stakeholders Involved
Define Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) including:
● Use Cases
● User Roles & Permissions
● Module-wise functional flows
● Reporting & Dashboards
Odoo Configuration:
● Work closely with senior consultants to configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client needs.
● Assist in the setup and configuration of Odoo applications, including but not limited to Sales, Inventory, CRM, and Accounting.
User Training:
● Provide training sessions to end-users on the effective use of Odoo modules.
● Create and maintain user documentation to facilitate the smooth adoption of Odoo within client organizations.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
● Assist in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Odoo solutions.
● Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the implementation phase.
Client Support:
● Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and support.
● Address client inquiries and provide ongoing assistance to ensure the successful use of Odoo ERP.
