Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural expertise, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, administrators, and integration teams to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, standards, and roadmap.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure adherence to platform governance, coding standards, security guidelines, and architectural principles.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Conduct solution and code reviews and provide recommendations for optimization, performance, and maintainability.
- Establish and enforce best practices for development, integrations, and platform customization.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and design discussions with internal and external teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new ServiceNow capabilities, AI features, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical teams to ensure alignment with organizational architecture standards.
- Lead technical estimation, solution design, and implementation activities.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and platform challenges.
- Conduct enablement sessions and author technical and solution design documentation.
- Mentor developers and administrators and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Support upgrade planning, platform health assessments, and release management activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and provide recommendations on platform strategy and roadmap.
Required Skills
Core ServiceNow Expertise
- Extensive experience across multiple ServiceNow domains, with exposure to at least three domains such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, WSD, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM.
- Experience in designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- UI Builder and Next Experience exposure.
- Understanding of GenAI capabilities and ServiceNow AI features.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and Discovery.
- Knowledge Management experience.
- Experience designing and implementing Service Portal and Employee Center solutions.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and IntegrationHub.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Platform Analytics and Performance Analytics.
- Familiarity with upgrade planning and instance health best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- At least two CIS certifications such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-ITOM, or equivalent.
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
- Certified Master Architect (CMA) – Nice to Have
Nice to Have
- Experience with GenAI capabilities, including Now Assist and Agentic AI.
- Experience with AI Agent Studio and AI Agent Orchestrator.
- Experience with UI Builder and Next Experience Framework.
- Experience with Platform Analytics and Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Source Control integrations.
- Exposure to IntegrationHub spokes and automation capabilities.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations and platform modernization initiatives.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
