Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Design System Architect with 5+ years of experience who loves bringing structure and consistency to complex product ecosystems. You’ll lead the creation and evolution of a scalable design system across multi-product suites under a single brand. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor designers to build seamless, efficient experiences across products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design System Strategy & Build

Define and build a scalable design system (foundations, components, patterns, guidelines)

Ensure balance between brand consistency and product-level flexibility
2. Governance & Standards
-
Establish standards for UI, interaction patterns, accessibility, and documentation

Set up governance processes for maintaining and evolving the system
3. Collaboration & Adoption
-
Partner with designers, developers, and stakeholders to drive system usage
4. Audit & Optimization
-
Audit existing products to identify inconsistencies and improvement areas
-
Continuously refine and scale the system based on product needs
5. Implementation & Quality
-
Support engineering during implementation and ensure system quality in production

Enable teams with best practices and promote system thinking across the organization

5+ years of experience in product design, with strong hands-on experience in design systems
-
Proven experience architecting or scaling design systems for complex digital products or product suites
-
Strong expertise in Figma libraries, component systems, tokens, and documentation
-
Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive systems, and front-end constraints
-
Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on in execution

Strong portfolio showcasing past design system work is mandatory
