Business Development Manager – Agency Growth | Mumbai | RepIndia
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for the agency across digital, creative, social media, and integrated marketing services.
- Identify, prospect, and convert potential clients through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and industry connections.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including client meetings, pitch coordination, proposal development, commercials, and closures.
- Build strong relationships with marketing leaders, brand teams, founders, and decision-makers across industries.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and servicing teams to develop winning pitch solutions and growth opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities to strengthen the agency’s growth pipeline.
Eligibility:
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, New Business Acquisition, or Sales within a digital, advertising, creative, media, or integrated agency.
- Proven track record of generating leads, pitching, and winning new business.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, content, influencer marketing, and integrated communications.
- Existing network of brand, marketing, and business decision-makers will be an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable working with revenue targets.
