Lead end-to-end bulk/volume hiring for BPO processes
- Manage and drive a team of recruiters against daily/monthly hiring targets
- Build sourcing channels through referrals, vendors, walk-ins, social media & job portals
- Monitor recruiter productivity, hiring TAT, selection-to-joining ratio and offer dropouts
- Develop recruitment strategies for rapid business ramp-ups
- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure consistent candidate flow
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Training teams for manpower planning
- Prepare and review recruitment MIS, dashboards and performance reports
- Drive innovative hiring initiatives to improve joining and retention
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
