Admission Manager – Boarding School
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand | Type: Full-time
We are looking for a confident, target-driven and personable Admission Manager to manage the complete boarding admissions process—from enquiry and parent counselling to campus visits and final conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert admission enquiries into confirmed enrolments.
- Counsel parents and students and effectively communicate the school's offerings and value.
- Handle regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Coordinate parent/student campus visits with the boarding, academic and administrative teams.
- Maintain an organised admissions pipeline and accurate lead records.
- Work towards time-bound admission targets and provide regular conversion updates.
- Participate in admissions campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Build positive relationships with prospective parents and ensure a professional admission experience.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and convincing/counselling skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Affable, approachable and professionally presentable.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to close admissions.
- Prior school admissions / education sales experience preferred.
- Organised, proactive and tech-savvy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments.
- Flexible with working hours, including occasional late-evening follow-ups from home.
Working Schedule
- 6-day working week
- Sunday is a working day
- One weekday off
