We are seeking an experienced HR professional to independently manage India HR operations, US recruitment, and H-1B immigration coordination for our Texas-based company. Apply for job only if you have US H-1B process experience along with US hiring
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for India and US positions.
- Create job postings, source candidates, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews, assist in payroll.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and the complete employee lifecycle.
- Manage day-to-day India HR operations and employee relations.
- Coordinate H-1B processes with employees, management, and immigration attorneys.
- Track H-1B registrations, transfers, amendments, extensions, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain HR records, recruitment pipelines, trackers, and reports.
- Manage HR activities through Zoho platforms and related systems.
- Support management with other miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of HR and recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in India HR operations and US recruitment.
- Hands-on experience coordinating H-1B cases with US immigration law firms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Zoho applications (especially Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho CRM) is mandatory.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule
- India HR responsibilities during daytime hours.
- Availability for US HR and H-1B coordination during US business hours as required. [Approx 1 0 p __m to 11 P__m IST]
Remote working - Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
