Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and research-oriented Outreach Specialist to identify potential customers, connect with relevant decision-makers, and generate qualified business opportunities for EnvoPAP.
The role involves researching companies, identifying procurement and purchasing contacts, executing personalised outreach campaigns, and maintaining regular follow-ups with potential leads across different countries and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential importers, distributors, manufacturers, converters, packaging companies, and other relevant businesses.
- Identify company founders, CEOs, purchase managers, procurement heads, sourcing managers, and other decision-makers.
- Find verified business email addresses and relevant contact information.
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, website contact forms, and other professional platforms.
- Create and send personalised outreach messages based on the prospect’s business requirements.
- Clearly communicate EnvoPap’s products, sustainability benefits, applications, and value proposition.
- Conduct structured follow-ups with interested and non-responsive leads.
- Qualify potential leads based on their business profile, requirements, product interest, and purchasing potential.
- Schedule meetings or calls for the sales and business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, responses, follow-ups, and outreach activities in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
- Conduct market and competitor research for different countries and industries.
- Support the team in building and updating international prospect databases.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
- Track outreach performance, including messages sent, responses received, meetings generated, and qualified opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good online research and data collection abilities.
- Ability to write clear, professional, and personalised outreach messages.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, Google Search, spreadsheets, and lead-generation platforms.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and business development.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organised lead data.
- Confidence in communicating with international business prospects.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve outreach targets.
- Willingness to learn about sustainable paper, packaging, and agricultural fibre-based materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in lead generation, business development, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, or international sales will be preferred.
- Experience working with manufacturing, packaging, paper, sustainability, exports, or B2B businesses will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, email verification tools, and lead-generation tools will be beneficial.
Performance Indicators
The Outreach Specialist will be evaluated based on:
- Number of relevant companies researched.
- Number of verified decision-maker contacts identified.
- Number of personalised outreach messages sent.
- Response and engagement rate.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of meetings or sales conversations scheduled.
- Accuracy and quality of lead data.
- Consistency of follow-ups and reporting.
