About the Role
RSC Group – Dholera is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage end-to-end social media marketing, create engaging content, and strengthen our digital presence. If you're passionate about content creation, social media strategy, and brand growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and campaign execution.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to create high-quality content.
- Monitor performance metrics, engagement, and lead generation.
- Handle community management by responding to comments and messages.
- Support SEO efforts with keyword-focused content, hashtags, and optimized YouTube titles/descriptions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or High-Ticket Sales is preferred.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
