Key Responsibilities
- Establish a strong retail network in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa
- Lead and manage overall sales operations for Atta and Namkeen product lines
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesale partners
- Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and regions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales executives and regional managers
- Set sales targets for team members and ensure timely achievement of goals
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports to senior management
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and production teams for seamless operations
- Ensure effective distribution and availability of products across sales channels
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Marketing/Sales highly preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Atta, Namkeen, spices, or food & grocery sector
- Skills:
- Extensive market knowledge of FMCG/Food & Grocery industry in India
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Strong distribution network and distributor relationship management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning and business development capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
