Job Summary:
The Architect – Execution is responsible for supervising and coordinating architectural works at construction sites, ensuring that the project is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day architectural and finishing works at the project site.
- Ensure work execution is as per approved architectural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality and progress of work.
- Identify site issues and provide suitable solutions in coordination with the design team.
- Verify dimensions, levels, layouts, and finishing details before execution.
- Monitor materials used at the site and ensure they meet approved quality standards.
- Coordinate changes and revisions in drawings with the concerned team.
- Ensure proper execution of flooring, false ceilings, painting, doors, windows, elevation, and other finishing works.
- Prepare and maintain site progress reports.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of architectural works.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants when required.
- Ensure safety standards and proper site practices are followed.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Experience in site execution and project coordination.
- Knowledge of construction materials and finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
Qualification:
B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in architectural site execution preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
