Experience Required

Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Heads to lead and expand our Gourmet Food & Beverage business across North, West, and South India. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing distribution networks, building and managing regional sales teams, and ensuring achievement of business objectives for the complete Wens product portfolio.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic planning, team management, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to organizational reporting processes and sales KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales and revenue growth for the entire Wens Food & Beverage portfolio within the assigned zone.
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, channel partners, and key accounts.
- Expand market presence and increase product penetration across assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Team Building & Management
- Establish and lead a high-performing sales team across the assigned zone.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales personnel.
- Set performance goals and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure compliance with all reporting SOPs and organizational guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and derive actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Present periodic sales reports, territory performance updates, and business reviews to management.
KPI Management
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue objectives, distribution goals, and other assigned KPIs.
- Monitor team productivity and implement corrective actions wherever necessary.
- Drive accountability and performance excellence across the sales organization.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Gourmet (Non-Mass) FMCG sales and distribution.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, sales reporting, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
