About you and this role
As an Implementation (Senior IT Analyst), you will support end-to-end implementations and deployments across software, infrastructure, digital transformation, and mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects. You will help ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and adopted smoothly by the organization. Working as part of an implementation team, you will manage the deployment of complex software or technical solutions for enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include leading implementation projects, configuring systems, managing data migration, directing testing activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and training users to enable a seamless transition and faster time-to-value.
You are responsible for applying technical expertise, established best practices, and sound judgment to analyze and resolve problems. Your performance directly influences the quality of your work and your team’s outcomes and requires adherence to established guidelines and policies.
This role requires an understanding of the key business drivers within your discipline and function, along with the ability to expand both conceptual and practical knowledge in your area of expertise. Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Drive or support end-to-end enterprise infrastructure or software deployments from kickoff to launch.

Configure Technical Solutions: Sets up advanced platform capabilities, including integrations, security requirements, data mapping, and configurations tailored to client needs.

Data Migration: Oversee the secure extraction, transformation, and loading of client data.

Manage Enterprise Clients: Act as the primary technical advisor for high-value corporate stakeholders.

Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Leads product test and user acceptance testing (UAT), identifies root causes for integration defects, and resolves production blockers.

Stakeholder Management: Communicates project status, timelines, and potential roadblocks to both internal executives and client stakeholders.

Standardize Operational Playbooks: Build reusable implementation templates to accelerate customer time-to-value.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and build consensus.

Good to have experience into HP ALM.
