Core Duties and Tasks
- Tower and Height Safety: Oversee safe climbing gear, harness checks, and rescue plans for workers on communication towers.
- RF and Electrical Checks: Monitor radio frequency (RF) radiation exposure and check safe isolation protocols around live power lines.
- Site Inspections: Walk through field sites, equipment rooms, and trenching projects to spot unsafe acts or gear.
- Permit Management: Issue and close out Permit-to-Work (PTW) documents for high-risk jobs.
- Safety Training: Run daily toolbox talks, new worker inductions, and emergency drills.
- Incident Response: Investigate accidents or near-misses to find root causes and stop them from happening again. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Compliance and Reporting
- Rule Enforcement: Ensure work follows local and national occupational health and safety laws.
- Record Keeping: Log all safety audits, training records, and injury reports.
- Auditing: Work with external inspectors and review contractor safety programs. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
