We are seeking a skilled and proactive ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementation projects, analyze business requirements, configure ERPNext modules, and ensure successful user adoption. The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with ERPNext implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client business requirements.
- Conduct business process mapping and GAP analysis.
- Configure ERPNext modules including:
- Accounting & Finance
- Sales & CRM
- Purchase
- Inventory & Warehouse
- HR & Payroll
- Manufacturing
- Projects
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), SOPs, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with the development team for customizations, workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and solution presentations when required.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
