VMC Programming & Machining (Primary Responsibility)
- Develop CNC programs for VMC machines using CAM software or manual programming.
- Perform machine setup, prove-out, and first-piece approval.
- Optimize machining parameters to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, and machining strategies.
- Manufacture precision tool room components including:
- Jigs
- Fixtures
- Gauges
- Dies
- Machine spare parts
- Prototype components
- Ensure dimensional accuracy as per engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
- Perform program modifications based on engineering changes or production requirements.
CNC Operations (Secondary Responsibility)
- Support CNC Turning operations whenever required.
- Troubleshoot CNC machining issues related to programming and tooling.
- Assist CNC operators in program execution and setup.
CAD/CAM Programming
- Read and interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
- Generate machining programs using CAM software.
- Simulate machining operations before production.
- Prepare setup sheets and tooling lists for operators.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
