We are looking for a Outlet Manager at Back to Source.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations.
- Manage and supervise F&B service, kitchen and cashier teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and improve business performance.
- Monitor inventory, food costs and stock levels.
- Ensure food quality, presentation and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
- Conduct staff training, scheduling and performance management.
- Prepare daily sales, inventory and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and FSSAI guidelines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
