Key Responsibilities
- Take daily updates and performance reviews from field tech executives and ensure task completion.
- Maintain smooth coordination between internal office team and on-site field team.
- Monitor discipline, resolve operational issues, and ensure proper workflow across locations.
Qualification
- Any degree accepted
- Experience not mandatory — leadership/coordination ability preferred
