You will own the complete sales pipeline from first discovery call to signed contract across India, US, EU, and APAC markets. You work directly with the Co-Founder every day.
This is a full-cycle sales role. No handoffs. No middlemen. You qualify, demo, negotiate, and close.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full CRM sales pipeline across all markets
- Run discovery calls to uncover AI visibility pain points and qualify prospects on budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Use Astiva AI audit findings to personalize every prospect conversation before reaching out
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations to qualified prospects
- Position Astiva AI against competing solutions and confidently communicate our unique value proposition during demos.
- Handle all sales objections independently: pricing, ROI, timing, competitor comparisons
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved parameters
- Own the trial-to-paid conversion process for all trial accounts
- Convert free tool users and inbound signups into paying customers
- Maintain monthly MRR targets across India and international markets
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records for every active opportunity
Requirements
Required:
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing deals independently
- Experience delivering SaaS product demos to marketing decision-makers
- Strong discovery and qualification ability
- Excellent spoken and written English
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Apollo)
- Consultative, non-pushy selling approach
- Self-directed: manages own pipeline without micromanagement
Preferred:
- International sales experience from India (US, EU, or APAC markets)
- Experience at Freshworks, Zoho, BrowserStack, Chargebee, or similar
- MarTech, SEO tools, or analytics sales background
- Consistent quota attainment track record
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant sales experience matters more than academic qualifications.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
