Full-Time Live-In for Children's Home (Kerala)
We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and nurturing caregiver to join our children's home in Kerala. This is a full-time, live-in position for someone who will provide loving daily care and guidance to children and become a positive mother figure in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to the children
- Create a safe, loving, and stable home environment
- Assist with the children's daily routines, including meals, hygiene, bedtime, and school preparation
- Encourage good behavior, manners, and healthy habits
- Monitor the children's well-being and report any concerns
- Support the children's educational, social, and emotional development
- Work closely with other staff to ensure the best care for each child
Requirements:
- Must genuinely love children and enjoy caring for them
- Willing to live on-site at the children's home as a mother to the children
- Patient, kind, dependable, and emotionally mature
- Previous experience caring for children is preferred but not essential
- Ability to provide a nurturing and family-like environment for children from diverse backgrounds
