We are looking for a proactive and Customer Relationship Executive to manage and grow relationships with our customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our product/service.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts
Drive customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and business discussions (QBRs)
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks
Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
Manage renewals and contribute to revenue retention
Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Basic understanding of SaaS / product lifecycle (preferred)
