Job Summary:
We are seeking a Government Tendering Executive with experience in IT Infrastructure tenders. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documentation, coordinating with OEMs/vendors, and managing end-to-end tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track tenders from GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
- Prepare technical, commercial, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, OEMs, and vendors.
- Manage EMD/BG documentation and bid submissions.
- Maintain tender trackers and submission records.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Government Tendering experience.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and e-procurement portals.
- Experience in technical compliance and commercial bid preparation.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure products (Networking, Servers, Storage, Firewalls).
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Experience with Government/PSU IT Infrastructure tenders preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
