About the Company
Modigold is a leading manufacturer of Garden Pipes, Shade Nets, Tarpaulins, and other agricultural and industrial products. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to expand our dealer and distributor network across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential dealers and distributors.
- Introduce the company's products and explain their features and benefits.
- Generate new dealer and distributor leads.
- Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Follow up with interested prospects until registration or order confirmation.
- Maintain daily call records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, samples, and order processing.
- Build long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English/ Hindi.
- Basic English communication and email writing.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, B2B sales, or customer support.
- Experience in dealer/distributor network development will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 80–100 outbound calls per day.
- 20–25 qualified conversations per day.
- 10–15 interested dealer/distributor leads per day.
- 5–8 follow-up calls completed daily.
- 2–3 dealer registrations or order opportunities per week.
- Daily CRM updates with 100% accuracy.
