Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team on a 6-month preliminary contractual assignment. Based on satisfactory performance during the contract period, the candidate may be offered a full-time permanent position with the organization.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Finalize books of accounts for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare and review the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to Accounts.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries, provisions, accruals, and adjustments.
- Review Trial Balance and ensure proper classification of financial transactions.
- Perform detailed scrutiny of General Ledger accounts.
- Review and reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, inter-company balances, and statutory ledgers.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and unreconciled balances.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Auditors, and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents required during audits.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS).
- Support management with periodic MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 5–10 years of similar experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, organizations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
