Web Application Support: Continue to support Apache, MySQL, Windows Server, configuration files, SSL/certificates, database connectivity, logs, scheduled tasks, backups and release dependencies.
Quality & Testing: Validate application, automation, platform and infrastructure changes before production release, including smoke testing and post-release checks.
Monitoring: Monitor application logs, Windows events, robot execution logs, UiPath alerts, AWS monitoring and integration errors to reduce service risk.
Security & Compliance: Support secure configuration, access reviews, credential handling, certificate management, vulnerability remediation and separation of development, test and production environments.
Documentation: Maintain clear runbooks, deployment notes, environment details, rollback steps, support procedures and troubleshooting guidance.
