Job Summary
The Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of
the office by providing administrative and logistical support.
Office Administration:
Oversee general office operations including housekeeping, facility management,
maintenance, and stationery supplies.
Manage front office activities including reception, mail distribution, and visitor
management.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure and new infra.
Vendor & Asset Management:
Liaise with external vendors for procurement, AMC, travel, and logistics arrangements.
Maintain and update asset inventory, ensuring proper tagging and record-keeping.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely renewals of service agreements.
Event & Meeting Coordination:
Organize internal meetings, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
Manage arrangements for board meetings, visitor visits, and office functions.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain updated records of licenses, insurance, and statutory compliances etc
Prepare and maintain administrative reports, purchase orders, and invoices.
Calendar Management:
Manage calendar and coordinate for the meeting of manager with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
2–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in facility management and vendor handling.
Exposure to ERP or office management systems.
