Strong HR Operations domain knowledge (hire-to-retire lifecycle) Ability to manage SLAs, quality, and customer experience Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions Effective communication and stakeholder management skills High focus on compliance, governance, and process adherence HR tools & systems - ServiceNow (ticketing) Quality & Compliance frameworks – SOP adherence, QC processes Global Client handling exposure -
Roles and Responsibilities: Manage HR transactions ensuring SLA, quality, and accuracy Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution Adhere to SOPs and audit/control requirements Work closely with peers, leads, and stakeholders Escalate risks/issues proactively and ensure closure Continuous Improvement • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements • Contribute to efficiency and automation initiatives
Any Graduation
