- Menu Development: Create and prepare a diverse, visually appealing, and modern menu, including innovative, customized rolls.
- Kitchen Management: Manage inventory, track stock levels, and place orders with suppliers.
- Customer Service & Interaction: Prepare food in front of guests, providing a high-quality, engaging dining experience, often customizing orders to preferences.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station to prevent cross-contamination.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience Asian in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Japanese cuisine, fish, and seasonal ingredients.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment for long hours while standing.
